Launch the Game Once on the New PC
Before pasting your old save, install and run the game once on the new PC to allow the engine to generate required registry keys and default directory hierarchies.

Paste and Overwrite
Close the game completely, navigate to the newly created save directory on the new PC, and paste your backed-up files.
